An island on an island

From the beginning, we considered the renovation of a small flat on the promenade of Cadaqués as the challenge of designing a small refuge where we could make short stops between the different activities that take place on a day’s holiday. The flat is an extension of Cadaqués or Cadaqués is an extension of the flat. We had to make the experience unique, indistinguishable, and therefore share the same character.
